The PMF Program is the federal Government’s premier, two-year leadership development program for advanced degree candidates who demonstrate academic excellence, possess management and leadership potential, and have a clear interest in and commitment to public service.
Applicants must have obtained an advanced degree (e.g., Master's, professional (J.D.), Ph.D.), within the two years preceding the opening date of this announcement (i.e., between September 04, 2022, through September 04, 2024), or expect to complete all advanced degree requirements, including the successful defense/completion of any required thesis/dissertation, by August 31, 2025.
