Dear Advisory Board Members and Reports Users,
The Hiring Data Warehouse, Applicant Flow Data Warehouse, and USA Staffing Data APIs technical issues that impacted some users’ ability to run reports and pull data from the APIs were resolved as of 4:55 pm ET April 22, 2024.
The technical teams are continuing work to address issues impacting the refresh of the data in the data warehouses and Data APIs. Additional updates will be provided regarding the data refresh processes as more information becomes available.
We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve these issues.

The Hiring Data Warehouse, Applicant Flow Data Warehouse, and USA Staffing Data APIs are currently experiencing technical issues that may result in errors when attempting to run reports. Not all users are impacted.
Our technical team is working as quickly as possible to resolve the issues. An update will be provided once the issues impacting the data warehouses and Data APIs are resolved. The Time to Hire, User License, Staffing Reports package, Cognos, and Power BI reporting remain online.
