Attention health care providers! The American Congress of Pediatrics and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists will host a FREE breastfeeding support webinar on Tuesday, August 5, at 6 p.m. EDT.

The session, Breastfeeding Support: Identifying Risks, Developing Solutions, and Primary Prevention Through Obstetric and Pediatric Collaboration, will enhance physician knowledge, skills, and intervention capacity in supporting mothers who are experiencing breastfeeding challenges.

This webinar will:

  • Describe breastfeeding information relevant to obstetricians and pediatricians;
  • Illustrate common breastfeeding problems;
  • Offer potential solutions and tips for helping mothers at risk for breastfeeding difficulties or with a history of breastfeeding failures; and
  • Identify and share strategies for collaboration between obstetricians and pediatricians.
