Smoking, texting while driving, and not wearing a seatbelt or bicycle helmet are behaviors that can put you at unnecessary risk. As National Women’s Health Week comes to a close, we encourage all women to engage in safe behaviors. It will improve your health and lower your risk for injury and illness. Try these tips to help protect yourself and others:
