Your mental health is as important as your physical health! For day five of National Women’s Health Week, pay attention to your mental health.

Try these tips for keeping your mind as healthy as your body:

  • Get plenty of sleep.
  • Reach out to friends and family for help when you need it.
  • Manage stress by taking time to do something you enjoy.
