Pledge to be a well woman in honor of National Women’s Health Week!

Join women across the country who have pledged to take steps for longer, healthier, happier lives. Get on the map by pledging to:      

  • Schedule your annual well-woman visit.
  • Get active.
  • Eat healthy.
  • Pay attention to mental health, including getting enough sleep and managing stress.
  • Avoid unhealthy behaviors, such as smoking, texting while driving, and not wearing a seatbelt or bicycle helmet.

Take one — or all — of these steps to improve your physical and mental health! Encourage the women in your life to join you. Together, you can pledge to lead longer, healthier, happier lives!
