  • HHS/OMH: HIV/AIDS Initiative for Minority Men (AIMM). Community Programs to Improve Minority Health Grant Program. The AIMM Initiative will establish an Integrated Center for Care and Supportive Services (ICCSS) that employs evidence-based disease management and preventive health services to reduce the transmission of HIV.
