Happy Holidays from

the Office of Minority Health

On behalf of the entire team at the HHS Office of Minority Health, I wish you and your loved ones the very best holiday season. As we prepare to say goodbye to 2023 and welcome in the New Year, I want to express how grateful we are for our partners’ continued efforts to address health disparities and advance health equity for the racial and ethnic minority and Tribal communities we serve.

Whether your plans involve traveling to visit friends this holiday season or celebrating at home with family, it continues to be important to get all recommended vaccinations as soon as possible to lower your risk of contracting and spreading many seasonal illnesses, including flu, COVID-19, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). This will help give you and our communities the best protection against these respiratory diseases so we all can focus on enjoying the holidays. Go to Vaccines.gov  to learn more and to find available vaccines for little to no cost near you.
