The study will be carried out at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
Dietary Intake and Dietary Behaviors in Adults With Sickle Cell Disease
This study, sponsored by the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center, seeks to determine dietary intake and behaviors of adults with Sickle Cell Disease through the use of a cross-sectional design using mixed methods. The premise for the study is based on the potential role of nutritional status in sickle cell disease outcomes in physical and psychosocial health. The study will be carried out at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
