Levels can be low, medium, or high and are determined by looking at hospital beds used, hospital admissions, and the total number of new COVID-19 cases in an area. The tool is available in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese.

July is National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month. Many adults who live with mental health disorders exhibit symptoms in childhood and adolescence—but these symptoms are often not recognized or addressed. Early treatment for children and teens can help prevent more severe, lasting problems as they grow up.

The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) provides a list of warning signs, as well as brochures and other resources on mental health topics such as anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, and more.
