October 17-23 is National Women's Blood Pressure Awareness Week. Over 100 million people in the U.S. have high blood pressure, and many don't know because they don't have symptoms. If you experienced high blood pressure during pregnancy, be sure to pay close attention to how you feel after you give birth because there are increased risks for stroke or other health issues. Make an appointment to get your blood pressure checked by your health care provider.

Visit the HHS Office on Women's Health website for sample social media messages, promotional graphics and videos, events, fact sheets, and more.
