National Network to Eliminate Disparities in Behavioral Health (NNED) logo
  • HHS/Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA): Training. National Network to Eliminate Disparities in Behavioral Health (NNED) Learn 2019. The goal of NNEDLearn is to develop NNED members' skills in evidence-supported and culturally appropriate mental illness and substance use prevention and treatment practices and to support practice implementation.
    March 31-April 3, 2019 in Santa Ana Pueblo, NM.

  • HHS/CDC: Cooperative agreement. Improving Detection and Management of Glaucoma and Other Eye Diseases Among High Risk Populations. Supports strategies to engage, detect, and manage glaucoma and other eye diseases among vulnerable populations, including African Americans over age 40, Asians, and older Hispanics.

  • US Department of Justice (DOJ)/Office on Violence Against Women (OVW): Grant. Rural Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence and Stalking Program. Supports projects that address the unique challenges and barriers to assistance for sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking in rural jurisdictions.

  • The HHS/National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM) has created the All of Us Community Engagement Network to provide high quality health information to communities underrepresented in biomedical research.
