  • HHS/Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA): Pediatric Mental Health Care Access Program - Cooperative Agreement. Eligibility is limited to states, political subdivisions of states, and American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) tribes and tribal organizations.

  • American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation: Family Medicine Cares USA Program. Provides grants to new and existing free clinics for the purchase of tangible items such as exam tables, EHR systems, and medical equipment.

  • Robert Wood Johnson Foundation: Systems for Action (S4A): Systems and Services Research for a Culture of Health. Studies conducted through the S4A program test mechanisms for aligning the delivery and financing systems for medical, social, and public health services with a focus on estimating their impact on health and health equity.

  • American Psychological Foundation: Drs. Rosalee G. and Raymond A. Weiss Research and Program Innovation Grants. Supports research, education, and intervention projects and programs that use psychology to solve social problems.

  • HHS/National Vaccine Program Office (NVPO) and the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP): In recognition of National Immunization Awareness Month, you are invited to share the new “Your Best Shot” Vaccine Video Series with your networks. NVPO and ODPHP collaborated to develop the “Your Best Shot” video series, which highlights the importance of vaccines across the lifespan. Each video focuses on a particular disease — whooping cough, shingles, or pneumococcal disease — and helps people understand why they need to get vaccinated. Opportunities for Public Comments

  • HHS/IHS: Request for comments on the Draft Indian Health Service Strategic Plan Fiscal Year 2018-2022. The strategic goals of the IHS are: (1) To ensure that comprehensive, culturally acceptable personal and public health services are available and accessible to AI/AN people; (2) To promote excellence and quality through innovation of the Indian health system into an optimally performing organization; and (3) To strengthen IHS program management and operations.

Clinical Trials

  • Duke University School of Nursing: Online randomized intervention study. The TICAA Study. Funded by the NIH National Cancer Institute, the purpose of this study is to test the efficacy of the technology-based information and coaching/support program for Asian American breast cancer survivors (TICAA) in enhancing the women's breast cancer survivorship experience. Duke researchers seek Asian American women, 21 years or older, living with breast cancer. Learn more.

Workforce Development

  • Oklahoma Shared Clinical and Translational Resources: Translating Practice into Research (TPIR) Program. The goal of the TPIR trainee program is to produce a group of clinicians and scientists who have the ability to translate their clinical observations and ideas for improving practice into practical and feasible research projects.
