- The manual One Voice, One Community: Building Strong and Effective Partnerships among Community and Faith Organizations reflects on the 2010 Community Leaders and Interfaith Partnership Summit hosted by The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). SAMHSA invited leaders of secular and faith-based organizations from around the country to develop a framework for serving the needs of the people in their communities. The publication discusses how partnerships in communities formed, including setting goals in the planning phase, as well as determining organizational, membership, and leadership structures.
