  • HHS/SAMHSA, Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS): Cooperative Agreements to Implement the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention. The purpose of this program is to support states in implementing the 2012 National Strategy for Suicide Prevention goals and objectives focused on preventing suicide and suicide attempts among adults age 25 and older.   • HHS/Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA): Regional Telehealth Resource Center (RTRC) Program Grant.  RTRCs assist health care organizations, networks, and providers in the implementation of cost-effective telehealth programs to serve rural and medically underserved areas and populations.   • American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)/Council on Community Pediatrics: 2017 AAP Community Pediatrics Awards.
