- HHS/SAMHSA, Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS): Cooperative Agreements to Implement the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention. The purpose of this program is to support states in implementing the 2012 National Strategy for Suicide Prevention goals and objectives focused on preventing suicide and suicide attempts among adults age 25 and older.
