Health Equity Hero Award. The award will honor the exemplary achievements of
individuals and/or organizations supporting community efforts to promote oral
health equity and eliminate oral health disparities. Nominate someone today!
The American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) NPA Caucus is Seeking New Members
The AI/AN NPA Caucus is seeking proactive members whose work
and expertise fall under sectors such as: tribal governments and organizations representing health, education,
economic/ community development and environment; regional, national Native and urban
Indian organizations and health professions such as community health workers,
public health and allied health professionals.

fourth annual Work-Able Summer Health
Institute, in collaboration with the Regional II Health Equity Council (RHEC II), was hosted this summer on St.
Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The three-week life skills, employability skills, and career exploration program encouraged youth to explore
health and health careers.
