Webinar. Healthy Native Youth: Offering Engaging, Relevant, Effective
Health Resources. This webinar will share tips for navigating the
Healthy Native Youth website, highlight a few of the health curricula
available on the site, and encourage participants to submit their own

- National Indian Health Board (NIHB): Tribal Health Presidential Transition Summit. This summit will discuss how to develop and advance the Tribal health agenda in 2017 and beyond. December 8, 2016, 8:30 am ET in Washington, DC. Register.
- Center for Healthy Communities, in partnership with NPAIHB: Training. Native STAND (Students Together Against Negative Decision Making). Native STAND is a positive youth development program that builds decision making skills on healthy relationships, STD/HIV prevention, and reproductive health. Tribes and AI/AN organizations that serve high school age AI/AN youth are encouraged to apply. Training to be conducted in Portland, OR. Deadline for application is March 1, 2017. Learn more.

- NIHB, with support from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)'s Climate and Health Program: Building Tribal Capacity for Climate Change Resilience and Public Health Programs. Provides up to three Tribes with funding to increase the level of programming, research, and/or coordination and communication between the Tribal programs, community, and key partners involved in addressing the health consequences of climate change. insurance, HHS encourages all women to wear
blue at services in faith and community settings during the weekend of November
11-13. Help spread the word about the importance of men’s
health and enrolling by taking a picture that weekend wearing blue and sharing
your photo on social media using the hashtag #LadiesWearBlue.
