Celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month

"Hispanic Americans: Embracing, Enriching, and Empowering America!” The theme for this year’s Hispanic Heritage Month celebration honors the diversity, contributions and influence of Hispanic Americans in the United States. First observed in 1968, Hispanic Heritage Month begins on September 15 on the anniversary of the independence of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua, and ends on October 15. Mexico and Chile also celebrate their nations’ independence during the month.

Join us in celebrating and visit the Hispanic Heritage Month webpage for more information on how you can get involved.
