  • HHS/National Institutes of Health (NIH): NIH Support for Conferences and Scientific Meetings (Parent R13). Deadline is August 12, 2016. Learn more.
  • HHS/NIH, National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR): Director's Early Independence Awards (DP5). Supports investigators who wish to pursue independent research directly after completion of their terminal doctoral/research degree or clinical residency. Deadline for Letter of Intent (LOI) is August 12, 2016. Learn more.

  • HHS/Indian Health Service (IHS), Office of Clinical and Preventive Services: HIV/AIDS Prevention and Engagement in Care - Competitive Cooperative Agreement. Funding is intended to meet American Indian and Alaska Native community needs to improve HIV prevention and care outcomes to align with the National HIV/AIDS Strategy: Updated to 2020.   • Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF): Optimizing Cost-of-Care Conversations Between Clinicians and Vulnerable Patients. Funds studies that test/examine/identify specific messages, best practices, and other principles to be incorporated in resources for improving the frequency and quality of cost-of-care conversations between clinicians and vulnerable patients.   • American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)/Community Access to Child Health (CATCH): 2017 CATCH Planning, Implementation, and Resident Grants.
