The Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP) is still accepting nominations for members of the Secretary's Advisory Committee on National Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Objectives for 2030. Committee members will play an important role in shaping Healthy People 2030 goals and objectives.

Applications are due by 6 p.m. ET on Monday, May 2, 2016. Get detailed instructions on submitting a nomination here.
