NRC’s Freedom of Information Act Process Is Moving to FOIAXpress

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) sent this bulletin at 09/23/2022 03:24 PM EDT

The NRC's FOIA Office will be moving its FOIA case management solution from FOIAOnline to FOIAXpress in October 2022. During this transition to FOIAXpress, the FOIA Office will not have full access to the new system. During this interim period, please use one of these options to submit your FOIA request:

We expect that FOIAXpress's Public Access Link (PAL) will not be immediately available after we complete the transition. If you want to check on the status of a pending request, please contact the assigned analyst, FOIA.resource@nrc.gov or the FOIA Office at 301-415-7169.
