New versions of CAMEO Data Manager and Tier2 Submit are now available:
The programs have been tested and approved for the latest operating systems, including Windows 11, macOS Sequoia, and macOS Sonoma. (More details about supported operating systems can be found on the download pages.)

CAMEO Data Manager is a desktop program for managing data about chemicals stored or transported in local communities, especially data required under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). It can import facility, chemical, and contact data from Tier2 Submit. There are also modules for creating records for incidents, routes, resources, and special locations.
New changes in version 4.4.0 include:
- Enhanced the Contact record interface so that the initial data fields display dynamically based on the chosen Contact Type(s).
- Adjusted the advanced options for PDF report creation to allow Contacts to be excluded from the report if specified by the user, such as for privacy purposes.
- Updated state-specific fields for reporting year 2024.
- Updated the county boundary checks to use the latest files from the U.S. Census Bureau.
- Updated the FEMA Resource Types drop-down list to the latest values from the National Incident Management System.
- Resolved issue in 4.3.0 where Facility and Chemical searches could run slower for very large (e.g., state-level) datasets with thousands of records.
- Modified behavior to allow CAMEO Data Manager 4.4.0 to be run side-by-side with an older 4.3.0 (or 4.2.0) version. However, the 4.3.0 and 4.2.0 versions should still NOT be run at the same time, and you should not run multiple versions of CAMEO Data Manager at all when you plan to interact with other programs in the CAMEO suite.
- Made many smaller user interface refinements and enhancements.
- Fixed several small bugs.
- Revised the help topics.

Tier2 Submit is a desktop program to help users create digital Tier II reports that are required under EPCRA. The program is updated every year to include any regulatory changes for the new reporting year.
New changes in 2024 include:
- Enhanced the Contact record interface so that the initial data fields display dynamically based on the chosen Contact Type(s).
- Updated state-specific fields for reporting year 2024.
- Added flexibility to the Maximum Number of Occupants field when the facility is marked as Unmanned to allow states, tribes, and territories to collect additional data if preferred in their areas.
- Updated the county boundary checks to use the latest files from the U.S. Census Bureau.
- Modified behavior to allow Tier2 Submit 2024 to be run side-by-side with an older Tier2 Submit 2023 (or 2022) version. However, the 2023 and 2022 versions should still NOT be run at the same time.
- Made many smaller user interface refinements and enhancements.
- Fixed several small bugs.
- Revised the help topics.
