Webinar Description:

NGS’s Online Positioning User Service (OPUS) provides free, easy access to the National Spatial Reference System (NSRS) by allowing users to upload their GPS data to NGS to be processed. To use OPUS successfully, it is critical that users understand both the requirements for data input as well as what to review in the processing output. This webinar will describe the steps involved in processing data with OPUS and will explain the output so that users can interpret and have confidence in the results.

There will be time for an open question and answer period on any OPUS topic. If you would like to submit a question(s) beforehand, please email it to ngs.training@noaa.gov, with the subject line, “OPUS User Forum”.

Technical Content Rating: Beginner- No prior knowledge of the topic is necessary.

As a reminder, the NGS Webinar Series hosts presentations on various topics related to NGS programs, projects, products and services to educate constituents about NGS activities.
