NOAA Fisheries Announces Final 2025 Northeast Skate Specifications

NOAA Fisheries is implementing final specifications for the 2025 Northeast skate fishery. The specifications remain unchanged from the 2024 fishing year and what was previously projected for the 2025 fishing year.
