Vessel Trip Reporting Requirements Reminder

The Greater Atlantic Regional Fisheries Office (GARFO) would like to remind federally permitted vessels that they are required to complete an eVTR for every fishing trip regardless of species being targeted and whether or not the vessel is fishing in state or federal waters. This is true for all trips, no matter the species fished or caught. These trips must be reported to GARFO even if no landings are made.

Please be advised that all federally permitted vessels are required to submit all reports in order to renew their permits for 2025.
