NOAA Fisheries has published the "Guide for Participating in the Pacific Coast Groundfish Open Access Fishery" on our compliance guide website (under the "Non-Trawl" heading). This compliance guide is not associated with new regulations. Rather, it is intended to serve as a checklist of actions for new and existing participants to the groundfish open access fishery, as well as provide quick access to relevant informational resources that explain how the fishery is managed.
