Online eVTR Help Desk Opens Oct. 4

GARFO Port Agents are now offering virtual help desk hours to assist fishermen with electronic vessel reporting (eVTR)

To provide support to eVTR users, GARFO Port Agents are able to provide in-person, on the dock help, or are available by phone or email. Contact information for Port Agents can be found on our Port Agents in the Greater Atlantic Region webpage. In addition, we are opening a virtual help desk for remote assistance on how to get started with or troubleshoot our reporting applications.

During these sessions vessel owners and captains can receive quick demonstrations of GARFO’s Fish Online applications for Apple iOS and Fish Online Web App, answers to questions or general assistance in using any of our apps. Other eVTR apps are also available and Port Agents can provide information to help industry make decisions on which would be best for them based on a vessel’s permits or fisheries.

Help Desk

We will be offering virtual office hours for fishing vessel owners and operators who need assistance with getting started with eVTRs. This will allow fishermen located away from our port offices to obtain immediate access to Port Agents.

By clicking on the link below during the scheduled day and time, you will be connected to the Port Agent staffing the help desk.
