2023-2024 Baldrige Excellence Frameworks Coming Soon
The Baldrige Performance Excellence Program is releasing the 2023-2024 Baldrige Excellence Framework (Business/Nonprofit): Proven Leadership and Management Practices for High Performance on January 9—in both print form and PDF (this release has been delayed slightly due to a warehouse shutdown in December and to coordinate the release of the electronic and print versions of the booklets). The 2023-2024 Baldrige Excellence Framework (Education) and 2023-2024 Baldrige Excellence Framework (Health Care) will be available soon after. All three versions include the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence, core values and concepts, and guidelines for evaluating your organization's processes and results.
The 2023–2024 Baldrige Excellence Framework (Business/Nonprofit) features a renewed focus on
- organizational agility, innovation, and transformation
- risk management and supply-chain resilience
- societal contributions and environmental sustainability
- the changing nature of work and workforce needs
- diversity, equity, and inclusion
The 2023–2024 Baldrige Excellence Framework booklets cost $30 for printed copies and $12 for electronic PDF copies. Volume discounts are available for bulk orders of both printed and electronic copies. Enterprise licenses are also available; if interested, contact the Baldrige Program at baldrige@nist.gov.
In addition, in early 2023, the Baldrige Program will release the 2023-2024 version of the companion product to the full framework, the Baldrige Excellence Builder. PDF versions will be freely available for download on the Baldrige Program’s website, and printed copies will be available for purchase from ASQ in March. The Excellence Builder provides an introduction to the Baldrige framework and can be used to conduct a self-assessment against the most important attributes of excellence.
Whether used as guidance in establishing an integrated performance management system or for self-assessing progress, Baldrige is about helping your organization innovate and improve, no matter your size or sector.
