Just Released! Mobile Device Security: Bring Your Own Device
We are excited to announce that the National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (NCCoE) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) released the NIST Cybersecurity Practice Guide Special Publication (SP) 1800-22 Mobile Device Security: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) today.
Helping to ensure organizational data and personal privacy are protected when employees use their personal mobile phones for work purposes poses unique challenges and threats. To help solve these challenges, the NCCoE developed this Practice Guide to help organizations meet their BYOD security and privacy needs.
Download the guide and submit your comments today! The public comment period for this Practice Guide is open until May 3, 2021. Please submit your comments by email to mobile-nccoe@nist.gov or through the SP 1800-22 online comment form.
