Voice of the Customer Input from MEP Brand Council

Last week, the MEP Brand Council sent out an email asking you for your input for the MEP National Network Brand Voice of the Customer Study. "In our continued commitment to bring in the voice of the local MEPs at the ground level, we are conducting a voice of the customer study. Your perspective, as a prominent voice and trusted advisor in the manufacturing industry, will give us important information upon which to base our strategy. With your input, we can conduct the research and have the thoughtful conversations to ensure that we collectively build it together. We invite you to participate in our voice of the customer study.  Your input is critical to the direction of the brand," stated the Brand Council. If you did not receive the email and would like to participate, please contact the MEP Brand Team.

Building a cohesive national network brand identity and value proposition will provide opportunities for the national network to increase awareness, build cohesiveness, strengthen communications, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the network to drive more business to your Center. We recognize that this initiative can create uncertainty which is why we created a Fact Sheet and an internal website to help answer many of your questions. The Fact Sheet answers the basic what, why, who, and how. It includes points of contacts, and frequently asked questions. The internal site will include status updates and details of the timeline and deliverables. The internal site will be updated on an ongoing basis to address frequently asked questions.
