The practicum is a comprehensive 3-day virtual event that will provide attendees with a unique opportunity to learn from leading researchers and experts in the field of dietary supplement research. Our aim is to provide attendees with the latest insights and knowledge on how to carry out scientific investigation on dietary supplements, as well as opportunities to network with other professionals in the field.

The practicum will emphasize the importance of scientific investigation to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and value of these products for health promotion and disease prevention. We are excited to announce that we have new speakers who will be joining the event this year, bringing a fresh perspective, and enriching the discussion. We will cover topics such as:

  • Prevalence of use in the United States and among subgroups
  • Designing and conducting studies on dietary supplements
  • Addressing challenges in dietary supplement research
  • Understanding the regulatory landscape for dietary supplements
  • Resources available to researchers
  • Stakeholders that are committed to dietary supplement quality

To learn more about our sessions, please visit our website to see the detailed agenda. You will find information on the topics covered, speakers, and schedule. The practicum is open to anyone with a serious interest in dietary supplement research but is designed for the following groups:
