NINR has published a funding opportunity (RFA-NR-24-003) as part of the Bridge-to-Care Initiative supporting studies examining the impacts of an intervention or program on a health outcome. This funding opportunity solicits research to advance the development and expansion of interventions and programs that leverage existing or create new healthcare-community partnerships to address unmet social needs among individuals and families and adverse social determinants of health within communities – especially in populations that experience health disparities.
