SAMHSA's Role in Possible Agency Actions Regarding Mental Health and Substance Use Wellbeing in the Context of Climate Change and Health Equity

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA) has issued a request for information (RFI) asking for input about behavioral health impacts of climate change and health equity considerations. If you have ideas for how SAMHSA programs and grants can help address climate change-related challenges, please review the RFI and provide your input. Comments will be accepted by SAMHSA through the end of October 2022.
