New CEAL Resources Focus on COVID-19 Vaccinations for Children

With children 5 years and older eligible to receive COVID-19 vaccines, CEAL has released two new resources to use when communicating with parents and caregivers. Our “Questions (and Answers) About Kids Under 12 and COVID-19” fact sheet, which is available in English and Spanish, explains how researchers make sure COVID-19 vaccines are as safe as possible for children under age 12. Also, the latest CEAL toolkit showcases social media cards focused on the ingredients in the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. Download these Q&A social media cards and share them with parents and caregivers.

What You Need to Know About Variants

To keep track of trusted information about the Omicron variant, check out CDC’s “What You Need to Know About Variants” page. It includes information related to spread, severe illness and death, vaccines, and treatment. Download CEAL’s fact sheet, available in English and Spanish, for answers to common questions about COVID-19 variants. 

CDC COVID-19 Testing Communication Toolkit

At-home testing is a key tool for fighting the spread of COVID-19, especially during the holiday season. Use this Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) toolkit, which includes fact sheets and social media messages, to encourage COVID-19 testing in your community.
