Notice of Pre-application Webinars for the NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP)
The National Cancer Institute (NCI) issued three RFAs to support the NCORP Program and will hold public pre-application webinars for each RFA.
NCI staff members involved in these NOFOs will provide orientation and technical assistance to potential applicants by explaining the goals and objectives of each of the RFAs and answering questions from attendees.
Potential applicants are encouraged to submit their questions to NCORP@mail.nih.gov in advance of the teleconference.

The NIH-funded Advancing the Science of Palliative Care Research across the Lifespan (ASCENT) Consortium to Publish Two Requests for Applications
The ASCENT Consortium announced plans to publish RFAs for the ASCENT Research Scholar and Pilot and Exploratory Studies Awards Programs.
Research Scholar Award ASCENT will fund up to 13 junior faculty looking to establish themselves as independent investigators in palliative care research.
Pilot and Exploratory Studies Award ASCENT will fund up to 12 early-career investigators transitioning from a K to an R award and mid-career researchers exploring new directions.
