  • Music-based interventions may help to relieve acute or chronic pain associated with a variety of health problems and medical procedures. 
  • Listening to music may improve sleep quality in people with insomnia. 
  • Music-based interventions may improve emotional well-being, behavioral challenges, and quality of life in people with cognitive impairment or dementia.
