Researchers at the NIH Clinical Center are conducting a research study for an investigational vaccine that targets influenza (flu)
During the study you will:
- Complete a health screening, including medical history, undergo a physical exam,
and give blood.
- Receive the investigational vaccine 2 times.
- Have 12 outpatient visits.
- Be available for 68 weeks (15 months).
- Receive up to $3,750 in compensation. Actual compensation depends on the
number of visits and procedures completed.
You may be eligible if you:
- Are healthy and between the ages of 18 and 50.
- Have a BMI less than or equal to 35 (calculate your BMI
at https://go.usa.gov/x5My6).
- Are not pregnant or breastfeeding, or not planning to become pregnant while on
the study.
- Received at least one licensed influenza vaccine from the 2020-2021 influenza season through the 2023-2024 influenza season.
- Are willing to not receive the 2025-2026 licensed influenza (flu) vaccine.
- Have not received the 2024-2025 licensed influenza (flu) vaccine.
