Has COVID-19 Infection Affected Your Eyes?
Some reports have shown that COVID-19 infection can be associated with eye symptoms. Through an online survey, researchers at the National Eye Institute
want to learn more about eye symptoms in COVID-19 infection, including how
common they are and how they relate to other COVID-19 associated symptoms.

Participants:
- Must be 18 years and older
- Must have had a confirmed positive COVID-19 test
- Do not need to have had eye
symptoms to participate

About the Online Survey:
- The survey is expected to take
10 to 20 minutes
- Participation is voluntary
- All responses are anonymous
