For National Diabetes Month, we’re continuing to raise awareness of diabetes health problems and encouraging everyone to manage their diabetes ABCs—A1C blood glucose level, blood pressure, and cholesterol, plus quitting smoking.

While it can be challenging, you don’t have to do it all at once—start with smaller changes and seek support from your family, friends, and health care team.
