👋Welcome back to the FIET Hypercare Weekly Digest! This forum will provide key updates, tips and tricks, and common questions about the new FMMI system for the first six weeks following go-live.

This week, frequently asked questions include how to find reports, how to create layouts, and how to create report variants in Fiori. Read on for these answers and more!

How to Find Reports in Fiori 🗂️ Reports are now located within Fiori. Navigate to BOBJ reports by following these steps: Log in to the FMMI Portal Click the Fiori button Click the USDA Analytics tab, then the BOBJ Launchpad app tile. The BOBJ Launchpad will open in a new window. Go to Folders > Public Folders > FMMI > Ad Hoc Reports, Canned Reports, or HANA Reports.

Standard SAP reports can be found under their respective process area pages or by using the search bar.

Layouts and Report Variants📊

Layouts allow users to personalize how data is displayed. Report variants allow users to save predefined selection criteria for reports, reducing repetitive data entry. To create layouts and reports variants in Fiori, use the step-by-step guide here.

Using the Search Bar 🔎

Meet your new best friend, the search bar! The search bar will help you find what you’re looking for, including apps and reports. We highly recommend using this navigation feature as you become familiar with Fiori.

The example below searches for “trial balance” in apps and returns four trial balance-related results.

Tips for Accessing FMMI 💻

If you’re having trouble accessing FMMI, try the following:

• Use these instructions to clear your browser's cache 
• Restart your computer and make sure you’re connected to the VPN
• If you appear to be locked out, please contact the FMS Help Desk.
