This is a follow-up to the notice issued on May 8, 2019, stating that the National Finance Center (NFC) technical teams are continuing working to resolve the issue with the Management Account Structure Codes System (MASC) validations of Cash Awards.

The issue with MASC has been resolved. No action is required by the customers.

Authorized Agency representatives with questions concerning this notification should contact NFC’s Contact Center at either 1-855-632-4468; or via ServiceNow Customer Service Portal (CSP).
