Dear Customer:

The EPP job that loads the Earnings and Leave Statements for Pay Period 07 has not completed. We expect the process to begin shortly and expect the statements will be available by beginning of business (BOB) Tuesday, April 23, 2019. Customers will be notified when the process is complete and EPP is updated.

A follow up communication will be sent when these system issues are resolved. No action on your part is required.

Authorized Agency representatives with questions concerning this notification should contact NFC’s Contact Center at either 1-855-632-4468; or via ServiceNow Customer Service Portal (CSP).
