NFC Contact Center Closure

This notification is to inform all customers that the National Finance Center’s (NFC) Contact Center (NCC) will be closed for one and a half hours on Thursday, December 22, 2016.

The phones will be unavailable from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CT. As a reminder, Requester Console will be available during this brief closure to enter your requests, or you can submit your request via email at: NFCcontactcenter@nfc.usda.gov.

Federal employees with questions concerning this notification should contact their Servicing Personnel Office. Authorized agency representatives with questions concerning this notification should contact the NFC Contact Center at NFCcontactcenter@nfc.usda.gov.
