FMMI FI Document Mass Upload Program Update

An update to the FMMI FI Document Mass Upload program will be implemented Friday, February 12, 2016. The following new fields will be added:

Assignment Number field on FV50 cash postings (S2) to record the check number, which is currently not included on the FI mass upload template. This is used for CARS reporting.

Quantity and Unit of measure fields for adjustment documents (B2). These additional fields can be used to represent number of payroll hours (Quantity) and hours (Unit of measure).

The corresponding FI mass upload template has also been updated. The template, including instructions and an example, is attached.
