Funding Opportunities - Division of Education Programs

The Humanities Initiatives grant program offers 1-3 year awards of up to $150,000
Application Deadline: May 20, 2021
Optional Draft Due: April 8, 2021
Humanities Initiatives strengthen the teaching and study of the humanities by developing new humanities programs, resources (including those in digital format), or courses, or by enhancing existing ones.
These grants serve:
- Colleges and Universities
- Community Colleges
- Hispanic-Serving Institutions
- Historically Black Colleges and Universities
- Tribal Colleges and Universities

Optional Draft Review – Interested in getting feedback from program officers to help strengthen your proposal? Email your draft (ideally your narrative and other key attachments such as the work plan and reading list, although we welcome concept papers and drafts at any level of completion) to hi@neh.gov by April 8, 2021.
