The 2018 Jefferson Lecture: TONIGHT!

Charon 2

The big day is finally here: Dr. Rita Charon delivers the 2018 Jefferson Lecture – “To See the Suffering: The Humanities Have What Medicine Needs” – tonight at the Warner Theatre!

As a reminder, all tickets for the lecture will be distributed at Will Call in the exterior lobby of the Warner Theatre. You will be able to pick up your tickets beginning at 4:00 p.m. You do not need to bring an ID or Eventbrite confirmation in order to obtain your ticket. Doors to the theater will open at 7:00 p.m., and there will be a security screening upon entering. The lecture will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Rain or shine, the event will go on, so do remember to bring an umbrella or raincoat for waiting in line!

NEH invites those attending in person and via livestream to join the national conversation about the lecture, using the hashtag #jefflec18 and tagging @NEHgov.

See you there tonight!
