Operation Supplement Safety (OPSS) and Human Performance Resources by CHAMP (HPRC) will launch the #GetFightingFit social media campaign in January 2024. The campaign’s goal is to promote healthy, sustainable weight loss and weight management using the Total Force Fitness (TFF) framework. This holistic approach can help Service Members reach and sustain their optimal health and performance.
There's a lot of misinformation about weight-loss products online. Weight loss supplements can contain ingredients that are prohibited for use by Service Members. Supplements may even contain ingredients and drugs not listed on the label. Some ingredients can result in a positive drug test or cause undesirable side effects.
Learn about dietary supplements, prescription drugs, and detoxes commonly marketed for weight loss on our social media and at OPSS.org.
