Guard Your Health to Launch FitText April 15

Guard Your Health, a health and wellness campaign out of the Army National Guard Chief Surgeon’s Office, will launch FitText April 15. FitText is a text messaging initiative centered on maximizing physical training (PT), preparing for the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT), and supporting ongoing fitness among Army National Guard (ARNG) soldiers and their families.

DoD PSP Annual Summary Fiscal Year 2014
April 1, 2015

The FY2014 DoD PSP Annual Summary contains aggregation and analysis of the patient safety events, submitted by the Services, occurring up to and including FY2014. The summary provides an analysis of patient safety reports (medication events, non-medication events, root cause analyses, proactive risk assessments, and other reports/information available to the DoD), submitted to the DoD Patient Safety Analysis Center. The Annual Summary identifies trends, lessons learned, and other observations impacting the safety of patient care.
