Nine hours from home, traveling with a worsening sinus infection and two sick children, Air Force Capt. Stephanie Raps saw her Easter weekend 2015 vacation going south fast.
“My youngest daughter, Leah, just 10 months old, had gotten an ear infection, spiked a fever, and had some stuff coming out of her ears,” said Raps. “I was far away from my provider, and I couldn’t just call my pediatrician.”
