Indefinite extension of the CE Mark for UK Businesses
The United Kingdom's Department for Business and Trade (DBT) has announced an indefinite extension to the use of CE marking for businesses. This CE recognition approach will apply to regulations that fall under the Department for Business and Trade. The DBT also intends to introduce legislation to further extend recognition of the CE marking for additional goods.

EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Program
U.S.-based companies that participate in the EU-U.S. DPF can facilitate cross-border transfers of personal data in compliance with EU law. Effective as of July 17, 2023, eligible organizations in the United States that wish to self-certify their compliance pursuant to the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF may do so. Learn More
